Oh boy - we've done it now!
Our new "used" House is mostly owned by the bank...but we have a bouncing baby equity, and the mortgage payments to prove it.

It's a five bedroom center hall colonial, with 2 1/2 baths, living room, family room with fireplace, the usual kitchen and dining room.
Bonus! - we have a screened in porch with an open deck to the side of the porch opening out from the kitchen (eat in area) onto the back yard.
There is a laundry room on the first floor, and a two car garage. Our basement is semi-finished, and will be our library (it's very dry), and there is a sectioned off workroom and storage area.
Oh yeah! - we have our own private "mini-woods" in the back yard. Real nice!
We have an extensive "To Do List" which will keep us busy for a while. The house is a cosmetic fixer-upper, but Not a "handy-man's special". We have many things we want to touch up and some basic fixes to do before moving in. Fortunately the house is in over all good condition, and the yard is nicely (and simply) landscaped.
